Specific content of after-sales service
1、The product is warranted for one year from the date of shipment (except for man-made reasons and irresistible natural disasters);
2、The company personnel shall provide solutions within 24 hours after receiving the customer's maintenance call; If the phone call cannot be resolved, the company will arrange maintenance personnel to provide on-site service;
3、Within the warranty period, if there is a malfunction in the operation of the machine, after receiving a phone call or fax, we will provide services according to the second point of "Requirements of after-sales service personnel" until normal operation is restored;
4、After the warranty period, the customer can sign a maintenance agreement with our company, and our company will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the equipment. The service content is the same as the warranty period;
5、Regularly organize technical training for operation and maintenance personnel, and our company will organize technical exchanges between your company's engineering and maintenance personnel;
6、During machine operation, our company regularly sends personnel to the site to inspect the operation situation and make necessary records;
Requirements for after-sales service personnel
1. After-sales service personnel implement listing services and accept user supervision;
2、After-sales service personnel respond to users' needs and proactively solve their problems;
3、During the maintenance process, service personnel must not engage in any behavior that makes users difficult, otherwise they will be dealt with seriously;
4、Service personnel should be fully responsible for the user's on-site environment, and should not damage on-site objects. After maintenance and repair services are completed, the site should be cleaned up; |
